How long will shipping take?

We offer several shipping options and delivery-time can range from 2 to 6 days depending on which shipping method you select.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions. Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation.  All orders received before 12pm PST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST will ship the following Monday.

The Item I want is Out of Stock, what do I do?

While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what’s stored in our inventory, please note that updates may be delayed during special events or holidays. If you’d like to confirm whether a specific item is available, or if it will be restocked, please contact our Customer Service team—they’re happy to help!

How do I cancel or change my order?

If You notify Nancy Hue you would like to cancel before your order is processed, we will do everything we can to cancel your order in time. Please contact us via email at contact@nancyhue.com within 12 hours of placing your order to see if your order has been shipped yet.  Nancy Hue reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation if we are not able to stop processing or shipping. 

My Item arrived Damaged Items, what do I do?

During processing, shipping, and customs, occasionally products will be damaged. We do inspect each order before it ships out to you. As soon as your order is received, please inspect it for damages. You have 3 days from when the order was delivered to report any damage. If you do find any damage, please take a photo of the damaged item/s and packaging and send it to contact@nancyhue.com along with your order ID.  We will gladly replace any damaged order or issue a credit for the order if the item is no longer in stock.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order.  If you are not satisfied with your handbag or accessory, please send us an email with your order number, the reason you are not satisfied, and a photo which shows what you are describing. We must receive this within 3 days from when your product was delivered. Once received, our customer service team will review the issue and accept on a case by case basis.

All Refunds are in the form of store credit, not via original payment method. Store credit does not expire. All refunds will be less shipping, freight and handling costs incurred both directions.
